Registration
Q.Why do I have to register?top
A.You will not be able to gain access to the TeamHelper suite of products, complete the surveys, present your work to your instructor for evaluation, or manage your self-development without first registering at the site.
 
Q.Does everyone on my team have to register?top
A.Yes. As each person on your team will have a separate TeamHelper account, everyone on your team has to register in order to gain access to their individual reports, as well as receive team reports.
 
Q.What is a TeamHelper ID?top
A.Your TeamHelper ID is the identification number for your course. It starts with a "T" and then has four digits. It can be obtained from your professor.
 
 
Pricing
Q.What am I paying for?top
A.You are paying for access to the TeamHelper suite of products offered on the website. After the one-time fee has been paid, you will be able to access your TeamHelper account for an unlimited number of TeamHelper courses within a 2-year time period.
 
Q.How can I find my 3 or 4 digit security number?top
A.If you have a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, your 3 digit security number is located on the back of your card. It is the last 3 numbers listed next to the account number along the signature line. If you have an American Express, the 4 digit security number is located on the front of the card above your account number, towards the right end.
 
Q.Why do you need my 3 or 4 digit security number?top
A.As the 3 or 4 digit security number only appears on the credit card itself, by asking you for these numbers, we are better able to protect you against the unauthorized use of your credit card.
 
Q.What payment methods do you accept?top
A.We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Checks for online payment only.
 
Q.Can I send cash or a check?top
A.No. At this time, we do not accept any form of direct payment from students, so please do not send us cash or checks. However, if you would like to pay by check, you can do so online by entering your routing and account number during registration.
 
Q.Is it safe to pay online?top
A.Yes. We use a secure third-party vendor who handles all of our financial transactions.
 
Q.Do you store my credit card and/or check information?top
A.No. We do not keep credit card and bank account information on our servers.
 
Q.What is a Purchase Code?top
A.Purchase Codes begin with TH and work like a gift certificate. As purchase codes are access codes pre-paid for by your school, you will not need to enter your credit card or check information during registration.
